Jude's Bees is a family honey business in Piedmont, Alabama. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and how our text messages work. Last updated October 12, 2026.
What we collect
When you order, sign up for texts or email, or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and the details of your order (including a shipping address if your order ships). Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to fill your orders, answer your questions, and, only if you asked for them, send you texts or emails about new honey, where we'll be selling, and specials. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
- Program: Jude's Bees customer texts: new honey batches, where we'll be selling, seasonal specials, order updates, and replies to your questions.
- How to join: tick the box on our sign-up form, or text JOIN to (256) 300-2870.
- How often: message frequency varies, usually a few texts a month.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- To stop: reply STOP to any text. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and no more after that. Reply START to rejoin.
- For help: reply HELP, or text us at (256) 300-2870.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Agreeing to get texts is never a condition of a purchase.
Your mobile number and texting consent are never shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and text opt-in data are shared only with the service that delivers our texts, and only to deliver them.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the list.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time. Text us at (256) 300-2870 or message us on Facebook.
