These terms cover the Jude's Bees website, orders, and our text message program. Jude's Bees is a family honey business in Piedmont, Alabama. Last updated October 12, 2026.

1. Using this site

By using this website, placing an order, or joining our text list, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the text program.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are shown on the site and confirmed at checkout. Payment is taken by our payment processor when you order. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will work it out with you.

3. Our honey

Our honey is raw and unfiltered and may crystallize over time; gently warming the jar brings it back. Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months old.

4. SMS / text message program terms

• Program name: Jude's Bees customer texts.
• What you'll get: texts about new honey batches, where we'll be selling, seasonal specials, order updates, and replies to your questions.
• How to join: tick the consent box on our sign-up form, or text JOIN to (256) 300-2870. You'll get a confirmation text.
• Message frequency varies, usually a few texts a month.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any text at any time. You'll get one final text confirming you're unsubscribed. Reply START to rejoin.
• For help, reply HELP, or text us at (256) 300-2870.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Joining the text program is not a condition of any purchase.
• How we handle your number is covered in our Privacy Policy. We never share or sell your mobile number or texting consent for marketing.

5. Limits of liability

We provide this site and our products as described, to the best of our ability. To the extent the law allows, Jude's Bees is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or the text program. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site or the text program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
